Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager Consultant to join our team for a 3-month assignment. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting and financial tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with auditors and other stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough testing of internal controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.Develop and prepare testing plans and documentation for review by Sr management.Analyze and review financial requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.Provide necessary documentation and support to external auditors during audits.Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and complete.Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial reporting accuracy.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Familiarity with SOX compliance and other regulatory requirements.Financial/detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.Excellent communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s degree a plus.CPA preferred.Requires 10+ years of professional-related work experience.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150.00 - $150.00
