Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Professional to oversee the consolidation of global financial results, including the preparation of worldwide consolidated balance sheets, cash flows, profit and loss statements, and various supplemental schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing US GAAP interim and annual financial statements and disclosures, managing the SEC filing process, and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with disclosure and control procedures.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare worldwide consolidated balance sheets, cash flows, profit and loss statements, and various supplemental schedules.Prepare US GAAP interim and annual financial statements and disclosures, including developing new disclosures.Prepare and review quarterly earnings deliverables, including earnings release, conference call script, Q&A document, supplemental data, board presentation, and audit committee presentation.Manage the SEC filing process and documents (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K’s, etc.) and establish procedures to ensure compliance with SEC guidelines.Interpret and guide implementation of SEC reporting requirements.Liaise with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Treasury, and Tax to ensure the company maintains proper disclosure and controls procedures.Oversee process improvements execution, including new system implementations and enhancements or data management changes.Supervise and review the SEC Reporting Team members’ work, including equity-related accounting areas.Manage quarterly reviews and year-end audits performed by external auditors.Direct the effective implementation, integration, and execution of special projects.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in accounting or related field; master's degree preferred.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.5 to 7 years of accounting experience.SEC reporting and international consolidation experience.Strong interpretation, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.Skills in accounting for US GAAP reporting requirements involving complex issues.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting reporting deadlines.Additional Skills & QualificationsWorking knowledge of OneStream and accounting systems (SAP) is helpful.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $145000.00
