Who You Are:
You are a highly detail-oriented team player who will oversee the company’s Accounts Payable responsibilities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You can master new systems and quickly become a contributor who gets the job done while helping other areas of the business when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Monitoring AP subledger on a weekly basisCollaborate with cross-functioning teams including Procurement, Treasury and MK business partners (both Local and International)Provide Ad-hoc reporting as needed1099 ReportingResponding to urgent vendor requests as neededAssisting with month-end closing processPerforming month-end reconciliations and accrualsWorking with Cost Accounting team to monitor Customs entries and clearingsEstablish best practices to adhere to company policy and regulatory requirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailProcess improvement initiatives in supporting the company’s growthYou’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related fieldStrong SAP 4 Hana experience a must5 years of accounts Payable experienceAnalytical skillsProficient in Excel and WordExceptional organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsCapri Perks:

Compensation Range:
$75,000.00-$78,000.00
