The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and a thorough understanding of T&E policies and procedures. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
This position is a part of the Finance team located in Glen Allen, VA.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Accounts Payable:
Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end AP closing activities.Maintain accurate vendor records in the accounting system.Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding issues.Process invoices promptly to meet payment deadlines and avoid late fees.Oversee the complete AP cycle, from invoice receipt to payment.Travel & Expense (T&E) Management:
Manage the corporate T&E credit card and expense process, including onboarding, card issuance, account setup, and employee support.Process and reconcile employee travel and expense reports, ensuring policy compliance.Review T&E submissions for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.Collaborate with HR, Finance and Compliance to ensure accurate expense accounting and reporting.Maintain and update the T&E policy to align with business needs and compliance standards.Analyze travel and expense trends to identify savings and improve management.Other Responsibilities:
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts payable and T&E.Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis related to accounts payable and T&E expenses.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in the accounts payable and T&E functions.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Participate in cross-functional projects and other tasks as assigned.The essential requirements of the job include:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $27.00 - $30.00 USD per hour.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
