What will you be doing?
Execute the day-to-day operational activities of AR/CM LATAM to ensure KPI’S targets are met Assist Process Lead in resolving complex AR-related issues and escalations, working to facilitate timely collections/cash applications/credit risk tasks depending on the need Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to improve processes and maintain alignment with business goals Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AR & Collections and provide insights for management; contribute to audit preparation when applicable Utilize SAP and ERP systems accurately, maintaining work instructions and SOPs as required Support team members by providing guidance and resources, fostering a productive work environment Contribute to process improvement efforts in AR to support compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
What are we looking for?
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related fields, preferably in a shared services or finance support environment Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders, including customers and internal teams Ability to address and help resolve escalations in AR and collections Flexibility to work in the second shift in Poland, managing regional processes as needed Language skills: Corporate language: English (B2+) required Working with customers: Portuguese (B2/C1) as a must have Spanish (B1 or higher) as nice to have
