Leads planning, management, and execution for paid social, display, influencers, affiliate and direct mail campaigns including account setup, development and implementation of strategies, campaign structure, budget management, optimizations, and invoice management
Manages Meta and Tiktok campaigns including DPA product feeds, audience targeting, and creative recommendations/optimizations
Acts as subject matter expert Paid Social trends and best practices and educates relevant teams
Maintains a close relationship with Paid Social representatives to optimize performance and leverage new opportunities
Ensures weekly and monthly paid media performance reports are delivered to Marketing and Brand partners accurately and on time
Analyze business performance of paid media channels and make recommendations on incremental investment and improving efficiency
Develops strategy and work with stakeholders to implement tests, participate in betas, and report out on results and develop recommendations for roll-out
Partner with the internal creative team to test and optimize creative
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
Minimum 6-8 years experience in growth/performance marketing
2-3 years experience mentoring team members
Hands on management in social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and Affiliate (Impact Radius)
Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing raw data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations
Strong attention to detail with experience in proper campaign set-up and QA, execution, and budget management
Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with advanced measurement methodology including attribution and incremental lift testing
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Requirements:
Marketplace experience (buyers and sellers) preferred
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)

The expected salary range for this role is $141,640.00-$161,874.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
