As a Senior Activations Executive, you will have the opportunity to leverage best-in-class paid social campaigns across numerous digital platforms. This is a great opportunity to learn best in class delivery of digital campaigns across key social platforms including Google ads, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Tiktok and many more.

Technical knowledge of Social. Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to train and upskill junior members of the team. Developing commercial acumen about social media campaigns for the clients.

About the role:

Support the Activations Manager/Director by providing comprehensive media briefs to media partners. Contribute, develop, implement, and execute digital marketing campaigns within the Facebook Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Demonstrate a substantial understanding of tracking technology, ability to test and provide accurate recommendations. Develop, execute, and test campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing. Ensure implementation of agreed tests, and communicate outcomes including impact, incremental value, and next steps. Collaborate with the team on strategy and optimization of social media campaigns including audience and creative best practices. Coordinate and support Social Coordinators by providing training and constructive feedback to develop an efficient team. Coordinate and support Social Coordinators through the campaign lifecycle to ensure campaigns are accurately implemented including buddy-checking their implementation while being accountable for the end-to-end campaign execution of all paid Social activity. Run the day-to-day operations on accounts and support the Performance Director in delivering account stewardship.

Who you are:

You may have 1-2 years of experience within digital paid media predominantly across search and social channels Previous experience developing and executing paid campaigns Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders Analytically minded with strong reporting skills. A thirst for knowledge; understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology. Team player combined with the ability to have fun!
