The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What you can expect:Price complex Pension Risk Transfer transactions. This work would involve the creation of liability cashflows and reserves, ALM modeling, and financial statement analysisAnalyze population and contract specific data to determine mortality and other demographic assumptions used in Funded transactionsExecute modeling and generate analysis of financial projections to drive pricing recommendationsContribute to improving existing processes by leveraging best practices and various platforms including Excel, Python & SQLWork with a broad group of actuarial and business partners in a fast-paced, customer and deal-focused environment

What you’ll need:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other STEM fieldMinimum of 2 years of actuarial experience with a minimum of 3 actuarial exams passed, LTAM is preferredStrong technical skills to understand complex quantitative concepts and financial projection modelDeep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office-suite softwareStrong working knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, C#, SQL, VBA preferredUnderstanding of Life/Annuity products, capital markets, and pension plansHighly motivated, innovative problem solver and conceptual thinker that excels in collaborative work environmentsGood verbal & written communication skills, particularly in explaining technical results to non-technical audiencesActuarial exam support provided.

The salary range for this role is from $97,300.00 to $144,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
