As a Senior Actuary, you will lead actuarial expert within the Product Development team responsible for reinsurance efforts of major product lines. Includes advising the executive team and/or business unit senior management on complex reinsurance structures and actuarial issues. Responsible for developing and supporting new reinsurance structures, developing, pricing, and negotiating reinsurance treaties, and reinsurance relationship management for all lines of business. You will report to the SVP of Product Development in the Actuarial Department.

You will lead projects that have major impacts on the enterprise
Major development and design of new reinsurance structures and transactions
You will negotiate and price new and existing reinsurance treaties
Manages, trains and directs work of other managing actuaries, providing employee and career development
What you bring:
11+ years experience required in the Actuarial field with a preference for experience across annuities and life insurance and experience with reinsurance structures and treaties
Four-year degree required in Actuarial science, math, physics, economics, engineering, or related field
Achieved FSA, MAAA

Range: $117,000 - $234,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience,
qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to
base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
