**Position Summary**
The Individual & Family Plans segment is looking for driven, high-performance colleagues to join their team. This role is within the Product Performance team and focuses primarily on monitoring and evaluating the financial performance of our Individual Exchange business which launched January 1, 2022 and experienced significant growth for plan year 2023. As the business segment moves toward a regional model, this position will be instrumental in communicating monthly performance and emerging experience to key stakeholders. This is an analytical role that will be key in providing perspective on the current and anticipated performance of the IFP line of business to both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition to providing analytical support for the IFP Product Performance team, individuals in this role may need to gather and review reporting from a number of other business areas ( _e.g._ , MEU, actuarial, finance) in order to identify any areas of interest (favorable or unfavorable) and then to determine the drivers of those results. This individual will be a liaison of sorts for the IFP business unit with these areas, and will need to establish close partnerships.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, collaborative, has experience building models, analyzing detailed datasets, and clearly communicating the results of their analysis to a variety of audiences.

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Prior healthcare experience required
- Must have your ASA or FSA
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work with large and detailed data sets; SAS, SQL, etc. a plus
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Solid technical/analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with creating and maintaining actuarial models
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Associate of the Society of Actuaries
- Prior experience or familiarity with Public Exchanges and/or with CMS risk adjustment models
- Existing experience with Aetna financial data sources (EDW, ADAM, etc.)
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
