Job Summary:

Raytheon Arabian Systems Company (RASC) is currently seeking a highly competent and professional Office Administrator to oversee and meticulously manage all aspects of correspondence, document control, data files, and overall office operations. A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and uncompromising attention to detail.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Preparation and typing of correspondence and documents.Maintenance of correspondence and document filing systemDocument controlReview of documents for completeness and accuracyPreparation of periodic reports as requested by the Department ManagerAssist in the preparation of various presentations.Planning for meetings, travel and hotel bookingsPerform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, International Studies, or Political Science.A minimum of two years of prior relevant experienceProven ability to compose written correspondence.Well versed with personal computer and business application software (Word, Excel, Power Point)Excellent command of English language (oral and written)
