Senior Administrative Coordinator - Alaska Medical Center / Peer Review

Under supervision provides diversified administrative support, assistance and coordination for the Professional Practice/Peer Review staff and medical staff department chairs, organizing and coordinating activities under the direction of the Professional Practice/Peer Review & CME Supervisor. Coordinates and tracks a variety of department programs and projects. Self-motivated with critical thinking skills that will promote and maintain professional liaisons with all customers.

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30pm AKT zone (7am-3:30pm for recurring meetings a couple of times a month); no weekends or afterhours.

Required qualifications:

4 years of Administrative experience 1 year of Healthcare related experience

Preferred qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher, or equivalent educ/experience
