Your Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, personable and self-motivated individual with administration and operations skills to provide support to the leadership team and team members.  

Your Key Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Become the subject matter expert in Stantec administrative and operation policies and procedures to be a resource that staff can turn to for assistance Coordinate and conduct onboarding experience of new team members with follow-up to help them be as successful as possible Contribute to seamless office organization by helping coordinate workstations, scheduling meetings, maintain professional environ Add to the positive office culture by coordinating or assisting with team-building events Assist leadership team with a variety of activities including but not limited to travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting coordination, subscriptions management, expense payments, stamping drawings Resource scheduling assistance Support the safety culture of the office Maintain sharepoint site for information communication to Buildings teams Assist with preparation of social media outreach  Your Capabilities and Credentials
Proficient level of skills/experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and, Outlook, and Adobe skills with managing PDFs; MS Teams, InDesign and Sharepoint skills a plus Ability to be in the office 5 days per week with flexibility to work remotely on occasion if needed Ability to prioritize duties and work under pressure and tight deadlines with flexibility for changing priorities. Articulate and diplomatic written and verbal communication skills Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as part of an effective team. Methodical, accurate and consistent attention to detail. Good organizational skills. Ability to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Self-motivated and proactive. Punctual and reliable. Ability to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.

Education and Credentials
5+ years of related administrative experience Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with relevant experience

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.

Additional Information Salary Range(s): Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s): Location Description: Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CO, HI, MD and IL Min Pay Range: $65,300 Max Pay Range: $94,700 Note: The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
