In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to:Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondenceCreate and maintain paper and electronic filesOrder insurance and monitor insurance certificatesAssist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviewsApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document managementPrepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contractsCoordinate meetings and assist with presentationsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsAssist with or prepare project invoices as neededPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree, Bachelor's degreeA minimum of 6 years of related experience preferredPreference given to local candidates
