ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Administrative Specialist will support Wipfli's technology consulting services team in our Green Bay, WI office.
Responsibilities:
Create, proof, edit, and electronic storage of documents including but not limited to proposals and RFP responses, engagement letters, report deliverables, and Confidentiality Agreements as requested, ensuring timelinessProduce high quality work following processes and firm standards, including proofreading and report deliverables, follow-up proactively as necessaryAssist with coordination of seminars and group presentations, to include handling reservations, travel arrangements, food services on occasionDevelop and demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm’s products and servicesCommunicate proactively with associates and clientsAssist in the assembly of reports, ensuring accuracy and timelinessAssist other administrative staff with overflow work Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma and an equivalent combination of education and experienceRequires five+ years of administrative experience, or three+ years of administrative experience with an associate degreeAdministrative experience in a professional services work environment is preferredRequires expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, and basic skills in Excel and PowerpointAbility to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively to balance multiple projects under deadlinesAbility to learn and apply learning of multiple software applicationsAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamClear, concise verbal and written communication skills and accurate grammar usage
