Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and maintain multiple programs including any of the following: security access and badging, budget support, site maintenance and worksite-specific elements of our facility’s program e.g., OSHA
Perform various clerical and routine accounting tasks in support of an operating unit, to include accounts payable, purchase orders and account reconciliation
Assist in communicating and reinforcing to all any changes and clarifications to existing departmental, division, and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
Acts as a resource to assist in resolving complex administrative issues and performs other duties pertinent to the operation e.g., office supplies, conference room scheduling
Coordinates events, Town-halls, miscellaneous meetings and mailings with local office, vendor, employees and/or other departments
Supports management schedules and time off through time-tracker.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): High school diploma or equivalent2-4 years of work-related experience as an administrative assistant, or office administratorProven work experience as an administrative assistant, or office administratorIn-depth understanding of office management and operationsProficient MS Office skillsWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesAbility to lift up 50 lbs.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skills What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience Knowledge of OSHA workplace safety regulations Proficient in SpanishUnited Airlines is an equal opportunity employer.
