Your role is crucial to ensuring that all infrastructure meets regulatory and safety requirements, safeguarding our high standards. + **Lead and manage the infrastructure security team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.** + **Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with ICD705 and Tempest standards.** + **Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security risks for classified spaces.** + **Oversee the design and implementation of all builds to ensure they meet ICD705 and Tempest standards.** + **Collaborate with other departments to ensure security integration into all aspects of operations.** + **Monitor and evaluate security measures for effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.** + **Prepare and present security status reports and improvements to senior management.** + **Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in infrastructure security.** + **Ensure all team members are trained and knowledgeable about security protocols and procedures.** **The Ideal Candidate:** A highly experienced and proactive leader with a strong background in infrastructure security, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 8-10 years of experience in industrial security/physical security. + Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. + Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects. + Established project management skills. + Experience in secure environments/facilities. + Working knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Technical Specification IC Tech Spec - ID/ICS 705. + Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance with Top Secret eligibility. + Experience working with classified programs and projects on small teams. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. **Additional Information:** + **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40. + **Work Shift:** To be determined. + **Screening Requirements:** Background and drug screening. **Closing:** Join GE Aerospace Advanced Programs Security and play a key role in safeguarding cutting-edge technologies.
