The Senior Advisor, Employee Experience Design is responsible for the design, development, and execution of Phillips 66 Employee Experience strategy, as well as consulting and advising leaders on people strategies to enable company success. The individual must be highly collaborative and resourceful; able to work effectively across Phillips 66 corporate and field locations to deliver prioritized initiatives and have a proven track record of designing and implementing employee experience programs. This position will lead the way researching and developing people solutions that are delivered to the enterprise and will need a strong understanding of the business, industry, market, strategy, and impact to our people.

High level of emotional intelligence and empathy Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to escalate and navigate complex, conflicting issues while handling multiple shifting priorities across a broad spectrum of people and driving decisions and solutions that are commercially sound & aligned to objectives Professional certification (PHR, SHRM - CP, SPHR, and/ or SHRM- SCP) Thought leadership including innovation, creativity and leveraging best practices Able to analyze problems, identify key information and interpret data to develop strategy & implement processes to effectively resolve Demonstrated people leadership skills and ability to engage, inspire, and influence others Experience building and maintaining relationships and acting as a trusted advisor Able to build and drive enterprise programs or initiatives Strong business acumen and ability to build strong relationships and engage with multiple stakeholder groups across the organizations Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail as well as demonstrated ability to think big picture (strategic and conceptual thinking skills) Experience with employee feedback tools and platforms
