Senior Advisor, Product Marketing

By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise. **Bombardier’s Benefits Program** With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: + Insurance plans ( _Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)_ + Competitive base salary + Retirement savings plan + Employee Assistance Program + Tele Health Program **What are your contributions to the team?** + Develop Product Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s overall business objectives and product development roadmap. + Define Unique Selling Propositions (USPs): Identify and articulate the key features and benefits that differentiate the company’s business jets from competitors. + Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform product development and marketing strategies. + Identify Market Opportunities: Spot gaps in the market that the company can exploit with new or improved products and reposition current products. + Plan Product Launches: Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful introduction of new aircraft models or upgrades to the market. + Develop Marketing Campaigns: Create targeted campaigns that highlight product features and benefits to the appropriate customer segments. + Create Sales Tools and Materials: In collaboration with the brand team, develop brochures, presentations, and other collateral that assist the sales team in conveying the value proposition to clients. + Training: In combination with Product Planning and Sales Engineering educate the sales force on new products, features, and market positioning to ensure consistent messaging. + Customer Outreach: Engage with existing and potential customers to gather feedback on products and services. + Feedback Integration: Work with product development teams to incorporate customer feedback into future product enhancements. + Coordinate with Engineering and Design Teams and work closely with Legal. + Monitor Competitor Activities: Keep abreast of competitors’ product launches, marketing strategies, and market performance. + Strategic Recommendations: Provide insights to senior management on how to maintain or improve the company’s competitive position. + Maintain Brand Integrity: Align with the brand team to ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and enhance brand equity. + In collaboration with the CRM Team, lead the creation of Lead scoring, customer journey development and mapping, personalization. + Leverage corporate marketing technology platforms to manage campaigns, journeys + Data Analytics: Use analytics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. + Allocate Marketing Resources: Manage the product marketing budget to maximize ROI on marketing spend. + Financial Reporting: Provide regular updates on budget utilization and campaign effectiveness. + Lead the product marketing team in the development on the Product Marketing strategy and all corresponding day to day activities. **How to thrive in this role?** + You have a bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in marketing or a related field. + You have a minimum of 8 years of experience developing, implementing and leading product marketing strategies in a large organization + You have experience leading a team. + You have the ability to interact effectively with a variety of external and internal contacts and team members + You are an expert in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and French (Quebec). + You have relevant experience with marketing software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. + You have change management experience. + You are highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and stressful environment. + You have strong Project Management skills. + You have strong business and financial acumen. + You have advanced budget management & reporting skills. + You have solid leadership skills and an ability to work in an extended team across business functions/units. + You have strong stakeholder management skills. + You are comfortable coaching, advising and challenging members of senior management.
