What you will do:

Be a trusted member of the team serving the wealth management needs of our business owners, executives, professionals and the families of wealth we serve.

Serve as the lead advisor and/or secondary advisor on client relationships, experience of the advisor dependent as well as the net worth and complexity of the client.

Develop the planning strategies using eMoney to meet the complex tax, financial and investment planning needs of our clients

Coordinate with team members to execute, monitor and progress on those planning strategies

Serve as the Investment Advisor and implement the ongoing management of the client investment strategies to insure they remain on target and compliant with the investment policies established with the clients

Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with the goal of acquiring new clients, projects, and revenue

Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs

Lead and participate in person and virtual meetings with clients, prospects and Baker Tilly colleagues.

Successful candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree in financial planning, finance, or a similar degree in business, master’s or advanced degree desirable

Series 65 required

CFP®, or CFA and insurance license preferred

Eight (8)+ years’ experience providing financial and financial planning service experience preferred

Five (5)+ years’ of experience serving, mentoring and counseling clients and associates preferred

Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills

Ability to collaborate with other team members, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects

Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Schwab, Fidelity, eMoney, Orion, Morningstar, and/or Salesforce is preferred

Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred

The compensation range for this role is $116,480 to $252,370. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
