What will you be doing?
As a Senior Advisor, Innovation & Transformation, we’re seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative thinker, responsible for all activities related to the research, development, facilitation, assembly, and presenting of transformational services and strategies for C-level WWT clients and prospects. Innovation & Transformation Advisors will build relationships with Data, AI, Automation, Digital, Cloud, and innovation-focused clientele through direct or WWT existing relationships and work alongside sales personnel to develop new strategies that help our customers and prospects identify and then ultimately realize transformational initiatives through the entire portfolio of services that WWT has to offer.
This includes working individually or with a small team of research and technical contributors to identify opportunities for innovation, digital, data, and AI integration and deliver tailored solutions that address customers’ unique challenges. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, influence strategic decision-making, and make a significant impact on the success of our clients and our company.
Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to understand their business objectives, identify transformational opportunities aligning with WWT’s portfolio of services, and craft tailored solutions that address their unique challenges. Facilitate discussions, presentations, and working sessions to educate C-level stakeholders on enterprise trends, capabilities, and best practices, while identifying client areas for improvements and business opportunities that tie to client value. Conduct in-depth assessments and analyses to understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with client priorities. Create and present compelling business cases, proposals, and recommendations for integrating solutions into client workflows and processes. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation and adoption of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between sales and other teams to address operational challenges and ensure alignment of efforts. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for AI, data, digital, and transformational innovation within the organization and the broader industry through participation in conferences, events, and networking activities.
