The Sr. Aerospace Recruiter will\:
Utilize senior-level recruitment strategies to assist team where recruitment may be more challenging, to maximize recruiting efforts and reduce contract time to fill goals. Partner with recruiting team to assist recruiters in filling positions; targeting hard to fill, aged requisitions and/or high-volume postings, as well as special requests or projects. Evaluate and utilize specific technology, tools, platforms, and channels (including social media and networking groups) to proactively engage and attract, source, and convert a diverse pool of candidates. Responsible for identifying, assessing, and developing candidate pools/pipeline for vacancies by utilizing effective sourcing strategies and techniques. Actively sources passive, qualified candidates for complex, hard-to-fill positions. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates in various markets while establishing networking relationships with prospective candidates. Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
