Our on-site team leverages superior technology to support data transmission and document transparency, ensuring real-time tracking and seamless delivery from the first mile to the last. **Job Summary:** The Senior Agent Development Manager drives growth for the Flatbed Solutions network by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new agents and fleet owners while maintaining strong relationships. **Location** : Work From Home – Great talent exists everywhere. With that in mind, this role is offered in a work-from-home capacity. You’ll be tied into the CRST network and resources while working from the comfort of your own home. Preferred talent will be located in Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, or Charlotte. **Travel Requirements** : 40% – Meeting new prospects at least 2x/week across the U.S. **Compensation** $82,000-$100,000/year Starting Wages + 10% Annual Incentive Plan _*A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range. For roles that are commission or bonus-eligible, your recruiter can share more details regarding the specifics for these positions._ **Key Responsibilities** + **Agent Recruitment and Onboarding** : Prospect, qualify, and close new agents and fleet owners for the Flatbed Solutions network, including all equipment types (flatbeds, vans, etc.) + **Pipeline Development** : Develop individual pipelines to drive continued growth + **Administrative Collaboration** : Collaborate with administration to complete required paperwork, agreements, and forms for agent and fleet setup + **Onboarding Oversight** : Track onboarding progress to ensure smooth transitions + **Revenue Goals** : Recruit agents and fleet conversions to generate $2.9 million in the first 12 months and $3.8 million annually + **External Relationships** : Foster strong partnerships with agents and fleet owners **Requirements:** **Education:** + High school diploma or GED required **Experience:** + Prior agent and transportation experience required + Current experience actively engaging with agents within the last 12 months **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proven success working with and maintaining an accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system, such as HubSpot + Demonstrated success managing a substantial book of business totaling several million dollars + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively and influence effectively + Collaborative thinker who enjoys brainstorming diverse ideas to benefit the team and optimize processes + Proactive risk-taker with a resilient and adaptable mindset, motivated by identifying opportunities and driving growth **What Success Looks Like:** + **Creative Sourcing** : Find innovative ways to source new agents + **Resilience** : Demonstrate persistence and adaptability to overcome objections + **Value Selling** : Effectively communicate and sell the CRST value to agents + **Industry Expertise** : Gain a deep understanding of the transportation and flatbed industry + **Internal Relationships** : Build and nurture collaborative relationships within CRST **Did You Know?** + CRST is one of the largest privately owned trucking companies in the United States.
