Apply now! **What youll do** We are looking for a passionate (Senior) AI Developer (f/m/d) with a strong background in data science, model training and tuning, and a solid overview on existing AI technologies, especially LLMs. As a (Senior) AI Developer (f/m/d) you will ensure that our SAP Sustainability Control Tower is ready for the realization of advanced AI use cases. You will help identifying opportunities for AI features, designing them together with the Scrum teams, and you will help to implement them. You are expected to coach and educate the team, and collaborate in other AI experts from our unit.You will also help the team with regular Java (and potentially JavaScript and TypeScript) software development **What you bring** + Open and friendly team player with a service-oriented can-do attitude, willing to learn new things and share the knowledge with the other team members + Very good development skills in Java, specifically Spring Boot + Software engineering experience of AI related projects, using advanced techniques like vector databases, LLMs (Large Language Models), and NLPs (Natural Language Processing) + Good understanding of best practices in AI (e.g. reliablity, performance, security, ethics) + Experience in all aspects of designing and creating high quality cloud native code and strong sense in quality + Fluent in English (written and verbal) + Preferred: Knowledge of SAP technologies such as the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) and Fiori Elements **Meet the team** Our multifunctional development team is based in Munich, Germany, and consists of cloud-native developers, product owners, architects, DevOps, UX, UA and translation colleagues.
