Job Description

As a senior member of CyberArk’s Product Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. You'll be responsible for the vision, strategy, planning, and execution across the entire product lifecycle.

Our Core Data and AI Product team is looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to join our fast-growing & innovative AI/ML team, a high-priority area with executive focus.

What will you do:

As Senior Product Manager at CyberArk, you will shape the future of identity security and lead data-driven and innovative AI/ML solutions across the organization. You will drive AI research and products to automate processes, address evolving threats and protect critical digital assets effectively.

Identify AI/ML Opportunities: Translate business needs into clear AI-driven product strategies, requirements and roadmaps that align with business goals and technological capabilities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Data Scientists, additional Product Managers, Security Researchers, Legal and other stakeholders to align product vision and execution.Internal Customer Engagement: Ensure product success by actively communicating roadmap updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring satisfaction with internal teams and enterprise customers.Research and Strategy: Conduct ongoing market research to identify product opportunities and improvements, driving business decisions.Lead AI/ML Initiatives: Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML initiatives, from research to production leveraging advanced models and algorithms to strengthen cybersecurity.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously evaluate and apply the latest AI/ML trends, ensuring that the product evolves to meet both current and future needs.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

5+ years in product management3+ years in AI/ML product management, working with complex data & analytics solutions. A must.Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in large organizationsStrong technical background, with the ability to understand complex systemsStrong understanding of how product’s use cases affect data modeling, infrastructure, and analytics and the ability to prioritize product features based on business objectives and ROI.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (mainly in English)Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisionsFast learner, adaptable to dynamic environmentsStrong problem-solving skills

Additional Information

How you will stand out from the crowd:

Experience in information security – an advantageBSc in computer-science/engineering, or 3-5 years hands-on experience in software development – an advantage
