The Senior Environmental Air Specialist will work within our Environmental Services Global Practice and perform the following duties:

Provide technical consulting expertise and function as a lead on air quality impact analyses and client needs through the project life cycle.Support and lead the development of client relationships.Lead preparation of air permit application packages and provide senior technical leadership to staff.Verify accuracy of emission calculations and estimates for routine emissions, as well as maintenance, startup and shutdown emissions.Execute air dispersion modeling using Environmental Protection Agency-approved modeling programs, such as AERMOD.Assist with preparation and oversee multi-media reporting and plans (i.e., Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), human health risk assessments, environmental site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state and federal air quality requirements.Prepare and present proposals including scope of work, estimated cost and schedule.Develop cost proposals and qualification statements to achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance.Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less-experienced staff.Build effective relationships with existing clients, customers and contractors and develop new business opportunities.Prepare and present client and professional meeting presentations.Manage sales and marketing efforts and identify key pursuits.Responsible for QA/QC process adherence.Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.All other duties as assigned.
