Summary: The Algorithm team is seeking an experienced Senior Algorithms Engineer with a passion for solving challenging problems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving a variety of radar algorithms, focusing on radar signal processing and target detection/tracking. Primary Responsibilities: * Senior Algorithm Engineer will design and validate effective and efficient signal processing algorithms for target detection and tracking * Implement those algorithms on embedded hardware with timing and resource utilization constraints (primarily using C++) * Develop test cases using real-world data to validate the efficacy of the algorithms and iterate the design process based on deficiencies * Collaborate with application teams to ensure that the radar output meets their requirements
