Description We are seeking a Senior ALM Analyst for our banking operations based in Dallas, Texas. The role involves a deep understanding of fixed income securities, loan valuation, and economic principles. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy of customer records, resolving inquiries, and managing customer credit applications. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications • Maintain and manage precise customer credit records • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Utilize CRM, Maps API, and Networking skills to optimize customer relations • Employ auditing techniques for financial accuracy and compliance • Engage in AB Testing methods for process improvement • Apply knowledge of capital management in decision-making processes • Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and customers • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems for client relationship management • Familiarity with Maps API for geolocation services • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and management • Strong skills in building and maintaining detail-oriented relationships • Experience with About Time software for efficient time and project management • Knowledge of AB Testing for optimizing user experience and system performance • Auditing experience, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and standards • Familiarity with budget processes, contributing to financial planning and control • Experience in capital management, optimizing bank's financial stability and growth.
