Senior AMS Delivery Analyst

The primary duties of the Senior AMS Delivery Analyst are the overall management of the Service Provider for specific application areas. It includes the facilitation of information flow between business partners and VF's service providers, assistance in providing solutions to incidents, identification of business requirements for the resolution of incidents, and monitoring and managing the SLA's and deliverables from VF's service providers.

This individual has a high level of initiative, can work independently or as a member of a team with little supervision and may lead a team. They can understand, contribute to, and document business and functional requirements, application designs, data flows, process flows, and test plans. They follow a consistent and flexible process to gather data, analyze data, and document deliverables. They heavily interact with project teams, development teams, business partners, and various levels of management.

How You Will Make a Difference: 

Responsible for ITIL service delivery activity for applications in the portfolio and ensuring business commitments are met. Responsible for participating in the Global Center of Excellence Monitor SLA performance from Digital & Technology service provider. Work with the Project teams to monitor and review specs to our Service Providers related to Minor Enhancement requests. Maintain consistent contact with brand Business Relation Managers, Digital & Technology Project Teams, and business partners to be the liaison between Digital & Technology service provider and business partners. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all systems within area of responsibility.  Participate in defining impact, requirements and controls for software and hardware upgrades, as well as recommendations for system performance improvements. Support Audit & Compliance activities Enforce compliance with applicable VF policies, guidelines, and governmental laws Assist in development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and year to date reporting matrix on SLA and Minor Enhancement work that is done by Digital & Technology Maintain process/technical knowledge and serve as subject matter expert.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-10 years

Educational/ Position Requirements: 

BA/BS in Business Administration, computer science or related fieldPkMS, Labor Management & Other Manhattan Products Functional/Technical KnowledgeAS 400, TurnoverFunctional/Technical Knowledge of one of more application in the portfolioPrior Database/Programing experience required.Ability to set technical standards/participate in technical reviews, enforce & adapt new/enhance existing processes.Experience with Center of ExcellenceOutsourcing experience preferred.Experience working within a Global Service Delivery model.PMI and/or ITIL certification preferred.Application related certification a plusKnowledge of Service Now experience a plus.

Experience

5-10 years of experience working with one of more of the application in the portfolio5+ years of experience in ITIL v3Experience operating in a center of excellence a plus.Experience with Dev-Ops a plusExperience with OLTP & Batch processingExperience in working with a managed service model.

Hiring Range:

$96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
