We are looking for someone who will support the Business Excellence initiatives across the Property Management Operations teams by focusing on data-driven decision-making, effective analytics and reporting and risk management. **About the role** + **Data Sourcing, Analysis and Maintenance:** Assist in sourcing, analysing and maintaining data to support data-driven business decisions within Pacific Operations, ensuring that insights are relevant and actionable. At least intermediate excel skills are a must. + **Dashboard Development** : Develop and maintain well-structured dashboards in Excel and Power BI to visualise key metrics and insights, making it easier for the Pacific Operations team to monitor performance and identify trends. + **Risk Management:** Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework and support the implementation of data-driven, risk-based decisions. + **Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate with the Pacific Operations team and cross-functional partners to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making. + **Identification of Operational Challenges:** Identify operational challenges and opportunities within the Pacific Operations team, proactively addressing areas related to compliance, governance, process improvement, and revenue quality optimisation, while working closely with team members to implement actionable strategies. + **Stakeholder Communication** : Create compelling slide decks presentations and other documents as needed that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. **About you:** + Experience in Property Management (PM) and/or Facilities Management (FM) and a desire to enhance your skills in integrated operations management, and/or relevant experience in analytics or data management roles within service-based organisations + Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities + Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills. + Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel + Capability to stand up and maintain PowerBI dashboards + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment. + Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented. + Career minded, client focused and rapport building mindset **So, what’s in it for you?** + Structured mentorships and career development to support you and explore your learning potential and career goals + Parental leave which is industry leading, kids school holiday program, + Wellbeing programme with discounted health insurance, salary sacrifice options, novated leasing, and a range of benefits from our corporate partners + You’ll form an integral part of an enormously successful team who outperform in the market year on year **Can we inspire you to join us?** At CBRE, our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion begins with you.
