Enterprise Insider Risk Management (EIRM) serves as a Second Line of Defence and owns the development and deployment of the enterprise-wide insider risk management policy and guidelines. EIRM is part of Specialized Operational Risk Management (SORM) team. SORM at TD refers to the targeted and systematic approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating unique risks specific to the operations of TD. SORM focuses on the distinct risks associated with the internal processes, systems, people, and external events that can disrupt or impact TD's ability to achieve its objectives. This approach goes beyond general risk management practices and tailers strategies to address the specific vulnerabilities and needs of the operational side of the business. SORM focuses in on risk management for data, technology, cybersecurity, conduct, insider, fraud, physical security, and investigation practices risk.
About this role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Insider Risk Management, Business Intelligence & Risk Reporting, this role will act as a subject matter expert in insider risk.
This role is accountable to:
Responsible for conducting analyses on curated and/or aggregated DataMart's in conjunction with deep business subject matter expertise, to generate relevant analytical insights for insider risk management.Apply understanding of respective business knowledge and strategies toproduce relevant and meaningful analysis and materials to support thecreation and maturation of business goals and objectives.Develop analysis and proper visualization or presentation to illustratebusiness trends and identify areas of business opportunities.Produce insights and recommend business actions to support businessstrategy and/or solve business problems.Work in partnership with various functional areas to provide day-to-daysupport and delivery of analytics.Execute on data requests accurately and within a timely manner.Represent functional area as an analytics & insights professional andkey resource.Act as a bridge to translate business requirements to analytics andreporting needs for a given domain while leveraging tools/ techniques/methods that can be easily interpreted by the target audience.Provides day-to-day support and delivery of analytics insights andcollateral.Contribute to the identification of key performance indicators.Job Requirements:
