Senior Analyst, Change Management

Job Summary** The Sr. Analyst, Organizational Change Management will report to the Customer Team OCM team and partner with project and department leadership to strategize, manage and support business change initiatives impacting the Customer Team organization. This will include developing change strategies based on proven lean/agile methodologies, executing change activities, and measuring adoption to ensure business goals are achieved with minimal impact. **II. Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned.   + Develop and execute organizational lean/agile change management strategies for Customer Team initiatives, aligned to the broad Customer Team agenda and priorities.  + Facilitate stakeholder alignment to develop inspirational cases for change.  + Identify and collaborate with senior and mid-level leadership to co-create high level and detailed change impact assessments which clearly outline project impact on people, processes and systems.  + Using the change impact assessment, develop and execute fit-for-purpose change actions, regularly testing, measuring and communicating progress to key stakeholders.  + Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and assess existing engagement channels for project related communications and engagement activities.  + Develop and execute communications and engagement strategies for Customer Team initiatives, including utilizing multiple mediums (email, video, web-based, company newsletter articles, etc.). Partner with cross-department stakeholders to co-create and deliver via established channels.  + Prepare and facilitate large meetings to communicate information, continuously improving based on iterative learnings and stakeholder feedback.  + Conduct high level learning needs analysis to identify project related learning needs.  Develop learning plan in partnership with Learning & Development department and assist in preparing and delivering trainings.  + Define fit-for purpose metrics to measure change readiness and advise leadership as/when adjustments in approach are recommended.  + Continuously represents the perspective of the end user and advises project peers and leaders on the user point of view.  **III. Supervisory Responsibilities** None. **IV. Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.   Must live and work in the US.    A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Business, Communications, or similar field or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience. Experience: Five (5) years of related experience (in addition to education requirement)  or equivalent. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required + Advanced knowledge and skills in one or more of the following is required: + Knowledge of lean/agile change management methodologies and operational procedures. + Knowledge and understanding of risk identification and mitigation. + Knowledge and utilization of customer service skills and organizational skills to support stakeholders and end user groups through change based on their level and impact. + Knowledge of the project management methodologies. + Problem solving and analytical skills, specifically the ability to identify or uncover potential risks and issues. + Ability to identify and escalate/resolve issues and problems effectively. + Ability to work both independently and in a team-based setting. + Ability to prioritize and multi-task to effectively meet set deadlines. + Present, communicate, and articulate to customers, stakeholders, outside vendors, and management at appropriate levels. **V. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
