The Senior Analyst, Contracts and Customer Service position is a part of the aftermarket team located in Rockford, IL. This position will be part of a great team administrating customers requirements within the Europe, Middle East, China, Australia and India.
What You Will Do:
+ Management of contracts to include assistance with customer delivery status inquiries, customer delivery expedite requests, the implementation of contract modifications to standard work and other customer requests as needed
+ Communicate effectively and professionally with customers
+ Digest large amounts of data quickly while dealing with ambiguity
+ Train and develop others around them in areas of expertise
+ Develop and participate in efficient process improvements using CORE Principles
+ Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQ’s and discrepancies in accordance with standard terms and conditions or customer specific contractual obligations
+ Extensive internal interface with various support organizations within the organization
+ Ensure all necessary flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc. are communicated timely and accurately
+ Responsible for assisting with timely payment from customers
What You Will Learn:
+ How to interpret contracts, including terms, clauses and conditions
+ Understanding financial aspects of contracts, such as payment terms, penalties and incentives
+ Resolving disputes or conflicts related to contract terms or performance
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position
+ Customer Service or Account Management experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ This position is located in Rockford, IL; candidate must be local. Relocation is not supported for this role
+ Prior contracts experience
+ Experience collaborating amongst internal multiple functions and external customers
+ Distribution or logistics experience
+ Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
+ Knowledge of international trade protocols
+ Experience with Microsoft applications, SAP, reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA not required but a plus

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
