\nSenior Analyst, Deal Strategy
\nWhy We Have This Role
\nThe Deal Strategy Senior Analyst that is part of Qualtrics’ Strategy & Operations group. The sales operations team supports Qualtrics sellers worldwide in various capacities, including RFP/proposal support, deal desk and general sales execution functions.
\nHow You’ll Find Success
\n\nServe as a sales-facing subject matter expert on various sales opportunity related matters for a dedicated book of business\nCollaborating with sales leaders to ensure the scarce resources of the deal desk team are focused on the correct priorities and deals\n\nThis includes acting as the primary point of escalation for your book of business \n\nAssisting sales teams in building out sales strategy, positioning and pricing for immediate sales opportunities\nIdentifying packaging gaps in the Qualtrics portfolio and work with your peers in marketing to drive change and improvement\nActing as the liaison between sales team and key partners throughout the business (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Product Marketing, etc.) as well as your revenue operations peers throughout the world\nBeing responsible for the day-to-day proposal, quote and pricing approvals for your book of business, including junior analyst and pooled resources assigned to your area.\nCapture and operationalize feedback from Qualtrics sales teams about the effectiveness of your team and analyze individual KPIs to help team members improve\nMaintaining agreed upon SLAs for all team responsibilities\n\nHow You’ll Grow

\n\n5+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 at a B2B software firm (SaaS preferred) in a revenue operations role\n4+ years of SaaS Deal Desk Experience is required with knowledge of how to structure and price various types of deals (size, region, years, etc).\nSubject matter expert on systems, quoting, finance, legal related to closing a deal\nProven management and collaboration skills and experience managing a sales process with broad, disparate functional ownership\nAbility to expand, modify and improve business processes\nWorking knowledge of international business and how global teams function\nUndergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or other business\nProven and demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills\nProficiency with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ required\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g. ability to structure, create, and present to senior management)\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team
