Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management

Celebrated by AdAge as Data and Insights Agency of the Year, U.S Campaign’s Brand Experience Agency of the Year, Media Network of the Year and celebrated by Forrester and Gartner, Digitas serves the world’s leading brands through a global network comprised of more than 5,500 employees across over 65 offices in 43 countries. **Overview** The Digital Product Management practice provides traditional product management support (requirements gathering and specification documentation), as well as technology strategy services (e.g., technology assessments and vendor evaluations) to support complex digital projects being defined, designed, and developed by Digitas. These projects range from marketing communication to data engineering to emerging technology. Client-driven digital tasks are increasing in scope and complexity and the need for effective tech leadership and product management skills has never been greater to deliver on those needs. As Sr. Analyst, you’ll support product roadmaps for a set of features from inception through implementation on a range of highly dynamic and data-driven digital projects and initiatives within our client portfolio. **Responsibilities** + Gather requirements through analysis of the project goals and the client's digital ecosystem, background research, and working sessions/interviews with internal or external stakeholders. + Communication and management of requirements or functional specifications documentation using industry and company templates. For complex requirements, creating user and process flow diagrams, data models, analysis matrices, interface behavior, back-end business rules or other methods to facilitate understanding and agreement with internal and external stakeholders on the issue. + Supporting the Data & Platforms team and serve as conduit to the client CRM team with respect to first party data + Managing 1 st party data operations for the client CRM Revenue & Products team + Deploying push notifications, generating ad-hoc email files, and building integration pipelines for new data sources coming into CRM + Participating in client walkthroughs of requirements and/or live demonstrations of working functionality and capturing feedback. + Collaborating with Data Engineers (DE), Data Product Managers (DPM) and other stakeholders in the detailed design phase of projects and providing concise accurate feedback to help align with the requirements or user stories. + Following industry best practices for business analysis and technology as well as staying current on emerging digital technologies and trends to support your analysis and client discussions. + Participating in the Digital Product Management practice and Technology capability’s continuous improvement activities by bringing ideas to the table and showcasing work for discussion. **Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience working on technology-based projects in a Digital/Technical Product Manager or other Product Manager role. + Experience working with databases and ability to pull data and reports. Intermediate to advanced ability to query data with SQL statements required. + Intermediate to advanced data analytics skills and ability to build charts in Excel required. + Project management training and/or experience. Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) preferred. + Agile methodology (e.g., Scrum) training and/or experience preferred. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support interaction with a variety of team members at different seniority levels. + Technical documenting skills particularly with using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio (or like diagramming tool) and cloud-based collaboration tools. + Ability to frame a hypothesis, collect data and validate within required timeframes. + Experience managing basic automation projects. + Familiarity with digital technology such as: customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation, native apps, email and push notification platforms, programmatic and predictive media. + A proactive approach to learning on the job as well as completing formal training to develop your skill set. + Experience working on large complex projects with multiple teams, timelines and dependencies preferred. + Experience working with remote teams in different time zones preferred. + Flexibility to travel as needed preferred. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
