Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com. **The team you will be a part of** The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation. **This role in summary** Our priority in Digital Transformation is to create a digitally connected manufacturing ecosystem with real time information flow through the value stream. As a Digital Transformation Senior Analyst you will act as the PMO for use case pilots across multiple sites to deliver use cases that drive improvements utilizing AI, and provide savings to the manufacturing operations. As the pilots are implemented, you will continue to follow the use case expansion across the remaining factories in the U.S. and Mexico. **Your responsibilities will include** + Set clear objectives, timelines, and milestones for digital transformation use cases. + Utilize the established governance process to ensure use cases are executed effectively and efficiently. + Develop business cases, considering costs and benefits, for digital transformation use cases. + Present use cases for regular updates and approvals at the Regional Review meetings. + Develop change management strategies, and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. + Support the delivery of use case expansion beyond the pilots. + Create standards for digital transformation processes **Minimum requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. + At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or operational excellence roles. + Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. **Preferred skills and experiences** + Experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly those involving digital transformation would be helpful. + Certifications in project management can be advantageous. + Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is a plus. + Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. + A strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. + Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in project management, such as G-Suite, Smartsheet, and Lucid, is also valuable. **Additional information** Whirlpool’s Ways of Working Our goal is to provide an environment that helps you bring your best to Whirlpool every day.
