Job PurposeNational Grid is currently looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst that has the ability to work effectively independently and with precision in our Property Services function. The candidate selected for this position will assist the NY Property Services team with both maintaining day to day processes and identification and implementation of process improvements within the department. Responsible for budget reporting and project tracking data and activities to provide relevant and up-to-date information to support NY Facilities capital project management.
Key Accountabilities Review and maintain space utilization standards and ensure consistent application and adherence to standards. Facilitate, with support of local SMEs and managers, quarterly Property Services Forums. Occupancy Planning related tasks such as addressing space needs and moves within and across buildings. Process and SOP documentation and maintenance. Coordination across teams to ensure compliance with our space standards. Coordination with supportive vendor on the Matrix Booking system. Managing Ad Hoc projects for the Property Function including; accurately maintain detailed project schedule Derive insights and opportunities with analysis on our business processes and drive improvements. Planned and ad hoc Site Communication approvals and administration for NY properties. Develop and lead communications and engagement activities within Property Strategy team. Collaborate with departments across the organization to implement Property Services programs, assist in developing policy positions and communicate those positions. Prepare for and attend workplan and other stakeholder meetings. Assemble project teams comprised of various project stakeholders and host project specific meetings to resolve risks or persistent issues. Ensure timely completion of reports as required by the business. Challenge existing ways of working and facilitate improvements to company best practices to achieve the highest level of efficiency and performance. Effectively support interfacing teams and company initiatives. Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with stakeholders to solve problems in a positive and collaborative manner. Manage Ad Hoc and cross functional Projects Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience RequiredGood verbal and written communications skills, analytical skills, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Program Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, Data/Cost Analysis, or Operations. Bachelor’s degree in above or related fields. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Experience planning and running large online meetings. Experience driving deliverables through a cross functional team. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. More Information
Salary: $104,000 - $122,000
