Job Description
The Field Planning & Analytics Sr. Analyst has three primary responsibilities:
Sales force territory alignment and placement maintenanceCall Plan Operations, including managing the Targeting and Planning (TAP) Tool process and the SPRINT Call Plan Roll Forward ToolCoordinating the annual ABS approval processIn tandem with those responsibilities, the Field Planning & Analytics Sr. Analyst is expected to:
Execute ad-hoc analysis, reports/dashboards, process flows, and code libraries as defined by each role to deliver high-quality analyses that aid decision-making and uncover meaningful insights.Effectively prioritize across competing projects, maintaining constant flow of communication with customers, be watchful for opportunities to enhance/improve/streamline existing process/outputs.Develop and execute rigorous validation of analyses/deliverables/deployments/enhancementsCreate documentation to ensure teams both internal and external to FPAT fully understand workstreams/processes (i.e., knowledge transfer, succession planning), including technical support material for related business partnersEnhance technical skills and business acumen to increase value to the team and organization.Level 3 support for Field Help Desk cases and root cause investigation.Develop subject matter expertise of tools to execute, such as Javelin, Power BI, etc.Stakeholder Management:
Build a strong connection with the field to ensure needs and feedback are accounted forBuild strategic partnerships with sales, enterprise leaders and others to identify compliant solutions, streamline processes and increase field effectiveness.Skills / Qualities Needed:
Problem-solving orientationMust exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical, drive for results, and communication.Knowledge of a variety of PC programs (including, but not limited to Excel, Access, PowerPoint) that can solve various problems.Travel:

Qualifications
Requirements:
Demonstrated database and project management skills.Territory mapping experience utilizing Javelin JTD software.Programming language experience preferred (i.e. Dataiku, SAS, R, SQL, Snowflake)BA, BS degree required. BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts.2+ years analytical and/or related operations experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry.Additional Information

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
