PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace executing data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way. **Overview** The Publics Media Finance team is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst suitable for a highly motivated and analytical individual who will play an integral part in the reporting, budgeting and forecasting process. **Responsibilities** + Generate, analyze and distribute monthly utilization reporting to business leads, providing commentary as appropriate + Work with manager to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting + Assist with preparation of monthly Revenue/Expense forecast + Assist month-end close processes including revenue/expense calculations and analysis, creation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and review and adjustment of revenue-related accounts + Review operating expenses and prepare monthly expense analysis for internal review + Support in completing all reporting, scheduled and ad hoc + Assist in preparation of supporting documents for financial audits **Qualifications** + Results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and who can operate effectively independently and in a collaborative environment + Advanced MS Excel modeling skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables) + Proficiency with MS Office/PowerPoint + Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide + Thrive working in a fast-paced environment + Passionate about the business with a strong desire to continuously improve performance and service + Should be comfortable working directly with senior finance and business leadership + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA (or working towards) a plus **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
