Responsible for the data capture, analysis & reporting of data to assist the Trinity Health leadership team achieve operational efficiencies & stewardship objectives. Responsible for auditing department & /or program information, producing reports, & suggesting improvements to processes. Provides knowledge & expertise in the program, services & applications.
• Supports the coordination, consolidation, analysis & reporting of financial information & performance
for SCM, THCE & other ISST system services.
• Implements improved reporting processes & provides finance expertise to support achievement of
operational & stewardship goals.
• Plans, coordinates & prepares business unit operating budgets & quarterly forecasts & prepares
related variance analyses & senior level communications.
• Designs, manages & maintains operating & capital allocation mechanisms to the Ministries including
calculation, distribution & coordination of billing payment processes.
• Serves as a financial consultant & liaison between Business Unit operations teams, Trinity Health
System Office & Ministry finance teams for monthly reporting, annual audit, intercompany balancing,
annual plan & forecasts & various monthly billing & accounting issues.
• Assists in the financial evaluation of key business unit strategies serves as a linkage between ministry & system finance.
• Independently pulls & analyzes data to assists the Financial Operations department in the
development of presentations, reports, dashboards & other tools to monitor progress of key metrics,
trends & initiatives.
• Provides guidance to finance & non-finance colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in business administration with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
A combination of education & experience will be considered.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in finance.
Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
• Experience in supply chain accounting, inventory control, production cost accounting,
distribution/warehousing or purchasing is strongly preferred.
• CPA certification & /or MBA, preferred.
