What you will do
As the Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Reporting where you will support a transformative program focused on optimizing the Finance function to support business growth and functional scalability.
Validation and reconciliation of financial data across multiple financial reporting systems.
Conduct planning and reporting processes and be responsible for improvements when necessary.
Prepare budget and planning baselines and be able to detect the validity using analysis and knowledge of the local businesses being supported.
Ensure adherence to standardized processes and data governance principles.
Meet or exceed commitments in alignment with service level agreements.
Help build and implement key capabilities in financial planning & reporting.
What you need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a closely related field, plus a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial planning, budgeting, variance analysis, financial reporting/systems, or accounting.
OR Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), accounting, finance, strategy, economics, or a closely related field (no professional experience required).
Position is located in Flower Mound, TX and candidates must be willing to be in person at that location 2 days a week. Remote work allowed on other days.
