**Roles & Responsibilities:**
**Reporting Framework Design & Data Visualization**
+ Identify and align key performance indicators to measure market share across retailer.com and the different business levers (e.g., marketing, supply chain and merchandising)
+ Analyze and benchmark KPI performance across brands and retailers over time to identify business improvement opportunities (and make recommendations for how we mitigate these opportunities)
+ Lead cross-functional team to build and implement methodology to measure Online market share across key retailers
+ Automate share of shelf reporting to reduce manual efforts and focus on key insights and actions
+ Improve accuracy of share of shelf reporting by incorporating search query volume and providing weight-adjusted share of shelf
**Business Reporting, Analysis & Opportunity Identification**
+ Implement regular reporting to ensure stakeholders are informed on retailer.com performance and key business drivers
+ Analyze trends among retailers and ELC brands to identify areas of opportunity
+ Monitor retailer.com marketing pilots to validate the impact of marketing tests in partnership with growth marketers
+ Develop new forecasting model to predict brands’ retailer.com sales by aggregating key eCommerce data and trends (customer count/CRM, traffic, conversion, average order value). Track performance to forecast and continually improve forecast model accuracy.
**Stakeholder Management**
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for retailer.com business performance queries
Present performance, trends, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications**
+ 3+ years in business Consulting, Strategy, Finance or eCommerce
+ Business analysis or consulting in the context of ecommerce highly preferred
+ Basic understanding of SQL
+ Demonstrated experience understanding the priorities of different stakeholder groups and balancing conflicting interests
+ Outstanding communication skills with focus on data-driven communication
+ Strength working cross-functionally
+ Understanding of internal reporting systems (e.g., Tableau, Looker) with ability to generate impactful reports
+ Self-motivated; Ability to proactively identify and solve problems without direction
+ Excellent presentation skills with keen ability to tell powerful stories
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$73,150.00** **to** **$109,200.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
