The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The Senior Analyst is part of the Reasonable Accommodation team in the RTX HR Shared Services environment.  You will be responsible for the delivery of reasonable accommodation operations function support of RTX.  The Senior Analyst will be considered a customer facing point of contact/SME for Reasonable Accommodation.

What You Will Do

Provides direct support to individuals with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADAAA)Assist employees in understanding the reasonable accommodation process, related forms and their responsibilities.Perform case management and coordinate the accommodations process for end-to-end case management. This includes working with the employees, managers, and other stakeholders.Generate and provide initial and follow-up accommodation communications to employees and various stakeholders.Receives and reviews medical information for disability and non-disability related temporary and long-term accommodations requestsEngages in interactive discussions with all required stakeholders.Escalates complex accommodation issues and cases for guidance.Maintains required records of all documents, interactive discussions and decisions for purposes of OFCCP audits.Partners with business and technology teams for various accommodation outcomes, including Digital Technologies, site level Environmental Health & Safety and Facilities.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of reasonable accommodation, employee relations, and case management experienceMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Experience using Accommodate system powered by Symplicity and ServiceNow.High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating tact and diplomacy.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.Ability to think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems and find solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas.Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine the appropriate action

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
