The Senior Analyst, HR System Operations serves as the functional and technical support analyst for HR systems in the ATCO ecosystem. You will be accountable for ensuring the integrity and reliability of the HR Systems is maintained. This includes incident and service request support in tier 2 activities, problem management, application testing and support activities as well as recommending system improvements to the delivery team.
What Else You Get To Do
Provide tier 2 support to the systems analysts for incidents and service requests, ensuring that all Service Requests and Incidents are within the SLA threshold and completing root cause analysis documentation for P1/P2 incidents Work with the stakeholders and users to help define problem statements and ensure that relevant information is updated in the ServiceNow tickets Develop continued maintenance procedures as required through outcomes in incidents and Service Requests. Support business in best practice use of the systems Support unit, system and UAT testing for enhancement from delivery and for operational projects Work closely with business teams to understand opportunities for improvements and provide clear outcomes to the delivery team for action Support and execute the change ticket process for operational changes Support business operational processes such as year-end, compensation updates, business structure updates. Support in SaaS system releases (Oracle, UKG, Cornerstone) by supporting in the test board roll out to UAT testers, and ensuring communication regarding releases windows with all stakeholders for SaaS system releases is shared. Have deep level understanding of architecture including the upstream and downstream impacts of data integrations Monitor system health and critical processes through monitoring tools and processes Create and update documentation for all critical operational processes, maintenance documentation and processes with delivery releases Provide mentorship and guidance for processes, best practices and system expertise On-call support for P1/P2 incidents after hoursWho You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a HR with a specialization in HRIS 8+ years of system management in HCM, Finance and supply chain systems Hands-on technical experience in Information Systems and Technology including Oracle HCM, Finance and supply chain modules, UKG, Unifier, and Cornerstone ITIL certification or equivalent work experience is preferred Previously worked under defined SLA’s Knowledge and hands-on experience using productivity tools such as Office 365 Demonstrated ability to work effectively and professionally in a dynamic environment while managing multiple demands and priorities Excellent communication skills and be able to use non-technical language to explain technology to non-IT stakeholders Maintain knowledge of IT solutions, service offerings and emerging technologies Ability to be discreet and trustworthy with confidential informationWhat We Offer:
