The Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Sales Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Senior Analyst, International Reporting and Analytics, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Analysis CCI Sales. This position provides support to the International organization in creating more robust and proactive approaches to drive sales and revenue growth and increase profitability across the international markets.
This role will be responsible for working with international markets (UK, EMEA, Australia, Asia, Latin America) to ensure reporting and analytics needs are met. It acts as a conduit between the Miami Revenue and Commercial teams and the International teams. The role works closely with stakeholders to turn data into insights and actionable reporting, while ensuring alignment with centralized reporting standards.
The role involves the design, creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI reporting, working closely with the international markets to understand market requirements and scope out reports, capturing market nuances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop consistent commercial reporting tools to monitor performance against targets and ensure accuracy of commercial and sales performance, including but not limited to: Daily and weekly sales reporting Channel performance Trade partner and market dashboards Agent performance vs. target Commission override tracking Co-op marketing and ROI tracking Sales incentives Pre-cruise and onboard revenue Cancellations reporting Booking trend (“Track”) reporting Ship performance Customer demographics Utilize visualization tools to translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand and insightful reports and dashboards used to drive actionable recommendations. Develop and report various levels of key performance indicators, working with international markets to identify areas of improvement. Support the implementation of new or improved processes and solutions as needed by the business. Ensure accuracy of data and reporting through partnerships with the Analytics team and international markets, providing day-to-day support to stakeholders to ensure reporting is up to date. Develop a deep understanding of each international market and commercial structure to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Digest requirements of users and use initiative to scope out reporting, showing flexibility to adapt requirements to changing business needs and market specifics. Identify opportunities to improve market revenue growth and operational efficiency. Support with ad-hoc reporting requests. Manage timelines, expectations, quality, and results of projects.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, mathematics, or a similar field. 1 to 3 years of experience leveraging data to drive business decision-making. Strong analytical and process improvement skills. Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well with non-technical business partners. Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a timely manner with consistency and precision. Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team. Ability to tackle challenging projects and quickly gain the knowledge needed to deliver results
