Position Summary

Enabling an insights-based commercial ecosystem is a critical growth accelerator for JJ MedTech. The Analyst, Customer Insights (Sales) Insights is responsible for delivering account-level insights and analytics as part of a broader end-to-end performance assessment of commercial strategy execution for JJMT Surgery. This includes helping execute:

Connected Field Sales/Key Account Management/Marketing/etc. Account Planning capabilitiesKPI measurementOther customer-based tools/reporting, analytics, insights for the Field Sales/Business Units/ASC teams to leverage and leadership to review.

The Analyst will partner with Field Sales, Business Unit and ASC teams to support analytics including, but not limited to key business questions, Account Management, Finance, Pricing Strategy. Role will deliver proactive, data-driven and action-oriented insights in support of strategic growth priorities organizational goals and partner with the Strategic Business Insights teams to help answer Platform/Business unit requests.

The Analyst will establish and maintain critical internal relationships across functions partners, including: Field Sales, Key Account Management, Business Units, Marketing, Finance, IT, Pricing strategy and contract execution insights.

Responsibilities

Deliver the following for Field Sales, Business Units, ASCs:

Customer Insights as part of JJMT Surgery / Ethicon “data insights ecosystem”. Goal is to scale operationalize insights sharing actioning, progressing to more proactive and predictive insights, vs. customized reactive. Partner with Data Science and Solutions, IT, Customer Solutions (“the Center”), other teams to identify where and how to scale capabilities.Complete Connected Account Planning process [FSO KAM Marketing etc.], along with other evolved approaches to integrated measurement optimization for the Field Sales, Business Unit and ASC teams. Provide account, region, area level analytics.Find opportunities and gaps for respective scope, in alignment with overall business growth strategies.Track sales vs. targeted performance at the territory, region, and area levels. Identify key insights and account trends.Deliver and disseminate KPIs metrics for FSO/BUs/ASCs linked to commercial strategy and performance targets. Share key assessments, recommendations and standard processes on ongoing basis.Drive pull-through and shared accountability to metrics and approach.Partner with across teams (Sales Business Unit, Marketing, Key Account Management, etc.) leadership to guide discussions (upstream and downstream data insights) drive action and accountability. Proactively find meaningful, productive insights (e.g. sales opportunities, standard methodologies), in partnership with other functions, finance, pricing, marketing, IT, SBI, third party, etc., and clearly present recommendations to respective partners.Change Management: Serve as a change agent for critical commercial transformation initiatives and represent key Customer Insights with the Field Sales and Key Account Management organizations.Create open environment for team members across Customer Insights to share perspective on current events across regions, and feedback on how to improve analytics capabilitiesRecognize team members' contributions to projects and major initiatives in team settings to acknowledge team's success

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 - $124,200

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
