Position Summary...Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Job Summary-

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Ops Specialist to join our team.

This position will be Learning Operations Lead for WMGT India.  The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless planning, delivery and organization of all Learning programs within the Associate Learning and Leading team, maintaining strict adherence to company policies, regulations, and compliance standards. This position requires project management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, data driven mindset and solid communication skills.


About Team: Associate Learning and Leading

What will you do:

Planning and Coordination

Coordinate and administer learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.Manage learning management system (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date course information.Deploy creative ways to ensure engagement and participation in learning programs.

Documentation and Record Keeping

Monitor and track attendance, ensure sending out timely reminders for sessions.Support the evaluation and reporting of learning programs effectiveness.

Reporting and Analytics:

Publish utilization reports.Recommend creative ways to share business impact of various programs through data driven story telling.Provide monthly reports on learning impact and budget utilizations.

Budget and Planning

Be the custodian for Budget utilizations.Track and keep the team honest on budget and accruals.Lead the procurement process and vendor relations.Collaborate with Finance to ensure budgets are effectively utilized.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline programs for maximum efficiencies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation where applicable.

What will you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Learning Operations/ L&D Project or Program ManagementStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions.Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, learning management systems, and data analytics tools
