National Grid is hiring a Senior Analyst, Market Development for Massachusetts. This is a Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to one of our locations
Job PurposeThis role plays a critical part in transforming how National Grid enables customer participation in achieving Massachusetts’ 2050 clean energy policy goals. Under the Commercial and Customer Strategy team, a successful candidate drives the strategy and execution of National Grid’s Distributed System Operator (DSO) function in Massachusetts. Key responsibilities include coordinating DSO business capability development, creating and testing strategic business models to position National Grid as an effective DSO, and supporting delivery of DSO-related regulatory compliance activities. The position requires collaboration across various departments and teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, long-term business strategies, and the effective integration of DSO initiatives into the utility's operations.

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
