We're expanding our horizons, from web analytics to marketing mix optimization to predictive modelling.

If this sounds like you, keep reading.Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Analyst, your role will encompass the following; Provide hands-on analysis targeting executive-level audiences, focusing on key priorities.Clearly articulate data requirements to database marketing specialists to answer critical business questions.Cultivate a culture of measurability by implementing data collection systems across various channels and delivering actionable insights to the appropriate stakeholders.Advocate for the creative application of quantitative analysis to enhance business outcomesQualifications:5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience, including manipulation and analysis of large, multi-dimensional datasets3+ years of hands-on experience with web analytics tools, with expertise in Google Analytics (WebTrends and/or SiteCatalyst experience is a plus)Familiarity with Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and EnsightenProficiency in various digital marketing tactics, including online media (display, paid search, SEO), CRM, and mobile apps, along with hands-on experience in working with related dataStrong knowledge of statistical analysis principlesThe ability to communicate complex findings persuasively, both in formal and informal discussions with senior-to-executive level clientsProficiency in using SQL to extract, manipulate, and discover insights within large datasetsEffective communication skills to convey the significance of insights and their alignment with business objectivesIf you possess an unquenchable curiosity, a passion for data, and the drive to challenge the status quo, we want to hear from you.
