In addition, you are an active participant in the decision making process to provide results against plan objectives. **Projects include the following:** -Analyze complex types of fee-for-service provider contracts and present results against budgets and benchmarks, perform medical cost analysis and produce complex ad hoc reports to satisfy information needs across products/segments and markets. -Utilize, maintain and develop pricing models and medical cost tracking tools (e.g. pModel) -Provide complex and detailed analysis and support for planning and forecasting of medical costs including the development of gross medical trend estimates. -Provide consultative support to network managers with legitimacy testing of rate proposals. -Work cross-functionally within the region and support achievement of regional operating plan targets. -2 or more years of experience in healthcare industry and/or analytics -Demonstrates initiative, innovation and leadership in achieving results -Demonstrates critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly, concisely and logically from a cross functional perspective. -Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently. Qualifications: -3 years experience as a project manager or similar role **Preferred Qualifications** -Knowledge of provider contracting, provider reimbursement, patient management, product and benefits design. -Strong analytical ability and familiarity with advanced financial and healthcare concepts. **Education** Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field preferred or 2 to 4 years equivalent work experience in the healthcare industry. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
